1. Bars and restaurants are closed until March 30, but can offer drive through, carry out, or delivery. Customers may enter the premises to pick up only.
2. No public gatherings larger than 50, not including workplaces, and exempting venues that provide essential services such as grocery stores, hospitals, pharmacies, gas stations, banks, and shelters.
3. Unemployment; the one week waiting period is waived.
4. Election will proceed, and things can change on a daily basis.
